London Design Festival

We decided to look at a few other UK design festivals to see what they're branding is like. The three main festivals we wanted to look at is Design Manchester, Cheltenham Design Festival and London Design Festival and all three have completely different branding. The Cheltenham branding isn't a style we want to go for as it is very corporate and wouldn't fit our theme of Freedom. I really like the London branding as it is very Paula Scher and the speed suits the city, I also like the minimal colour palette. Design Manchester has the most similar to BDF as it as it changes it every year but keeps the logo the same. After looking at these we can see what works for design festivals and we know that the style we want to go for is completely different to other festivals.
